Khun Poosit joined PriceSanond in 2006 as Senior Associate until present. He has substantial experience in corporate matters’ related laws and practices, including business establishment, restructuring, joint venture, merger and acquisition related transactions, as well as legal regulatory and compliances, which involves cross-border transaction of reputable multinational corporations and their subsidiary in Thailand.
Khun Pramote joined Price Sanond in April 1990 and became a partner in 2003. He has substantial experience advising foreign and domestic corporate clients on all aspects of Thai labour, foreign investment and immigration law. He also has some experience with Thai environmental law. Khun Pramote has primary responsibility for the Bangkok office’s labour and immigration law practice and oversees all work permit and visa operations carried out for the firm’s clients.
Jonathan joined Price Sanond in Bangkok in 1995 and has been a partner since 1999. Prior to joining Price Sanond, Jonathan worked for law firms in Taipei and San Francisco. Jonathan’s current practice focuses on general commercial, corporate and acquisition transactions in Thailand as well as hotel and hospitality related matters in Thailand.
Andrew has practiced law in Thailand since 1971, and his experience extends across the full range of legal services undertaken by the firm. He is the firm’s principal contact partner for a range of blue chip American and European corporate clients.
