Khun Poosit joined PriceSanond in 2006 as a Senior Associate and became a Partner in 2019. He has advised multinational corporate clients on a variety of corporate matters, including business formations, restructurings, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), as well as legal regulatory and compliance matters.

Khun Poosit has been involved as one of the key persons in several M&A transactions for both listed and non-listed companies in Thailand and other countries.  He used to work on structuring buyout of the local Thai partner of a reputable advertising and media listed joint venture company and the listing of a build-in furniture company on the Singapore Exchange (SGX).  He regularly assists clients with contract drafting matters and legal compliance issues and advises them on Thailand’s various laws on foreign direct investment (e.g., BOI, IEAT and FBA), industry, consumer protection and anti-monopoly, and trade.
