We have a wide variety of banking-related experience, and routinely advise both on-shore and off-shore financial institutions in relation to both regulatory and transactional issues, including lending and structured finance, capital markets, corporate finance, exchange control issues and the taking and perfecting of security interests. We also regularly issue legal opinions in connection with loans and secured transactions, and have drafted standard bank documentation for use in Thailand.

We have advised and assisted a major international bank in its takeover of a local Thai bank, and routinely advise various foreign banks in connection with the operation of their local branches. On the project finance side, we are experienced in advising sponsors and/or lenders in major projects in Thailand, including drafting and review of financing documentation.
